1. Daily Cut-off Time:
The system conducts a daily order review at 8:00 AM, processing orders placed within the 24-hour window
from the previous day's 8:00 AM to the current day's 8:00 AM.
2. Automatic Pickup Criteria:
When 10 or more orders are received at the same warehouse address, the system will automatically
schedule a same-day pickup.
For fewer than 10 orders, please drop off your shipments at the designated location.
3. Pickup Notification:
Customers will receive a pickup confirmation SMS by 10:00 AM on the pickup day.
4. Missed Notification?
If you haven't received a confirmation text by 10:00 AM, please contact our support team to verify your
pickup status:
